Standard Garden Suites:
Two Garden Suites are located near the Reception Counter on the ground floor in an almost secluded enclave. A sliding door opens out onto a wooden deck where you guests can sit and relax. Facing the indoor garden of the air well, each room has an en-suite bathroom.
Standard Suites:
A cosy suite for two. With an en-suite bathroom and tall French windows with spectacular views overlooking the Sarawak River, Astana and Fort Margherita. Below is the busy thoroughfare of Main Bazaar - one of the oldest streets in Kuching. One large double bed. Room size 28 sq m.
Superior Suite:
The two Superior Suites are located on the 2nd Floor in our courtyard area. These rooms are en-suite with shower only. Rooms have balconies with a view of the internal air well and vertical green wall.
Deluxe Suites:
All Deluxe Suites have a private balcony overlooking the back alley of old Carpenter Street and beyond or a view of our internal air well. Suites are en-suite and equipped with a shower and bath tub, some that open out into a private balcony, others into the suites. Room size 47 sq m.
Deluxe Twin Suites:
The Deluxe Twin Suites overlook old Carpenter Street and beyond. Each room is en-suite, equipped with a shower and bath tub that opens out into a private balcony. Room size 47 sq m.
Executive Suites:
The Executive Suites look out onto the majestic State Legislative Assembly Building (commonly known as the DUN), Sarawak River, Astana and Fort Margherita. Below is the bustling thoroughfare of Main Bazaar - one of the oldest streets in Kuching. Each room has its own privacy - a sliding door leads from the lounge into the bedroom and onto the en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and bath tub. One large double bed. Room size 55 sq m.
Elizabeth - Valerie:
Elizabeth and Valerie, with their own private staircase, are two spacious suites with a walk-in dressing area. Each is furnished with a divan that simply invites leisurely lounging. The bedroom opens out to a 'sky garden deck' overlooking the main part of the old town, with the venerable Bishop's House (1848) on the skyline.
Leonora:
Leonora, with its own private staircase, features a truly unique 'garden' bathroom concept, a private little verandah, and a bird's eye view of the clay-tiled roofs of Kuching's Main Bazaar.
Margaret - Sylvia:
Margaret and Sylvia are accessible by their own private staircase, and are opulently furnished in tones of linen and natural wood. Each detail of the décor and appointment are carefully designed for comfort, luxury and elegance. Each features a walk-in dressing area, an en-suite bathroom, and a large free-standing bathtub. Each suite opens out to its own private 'sky garden deck' with an exciting vista overlooking the Palace, the Serapi range, glorious sunrises or spectacular sunsets. Ideal for lounging or gazing at the stars in the cool evening breeze.

All suites feature: air-conditioning, telephone, free internet access and satellite TV, en-suite bathroom, complimentary mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Most of the suites include a large free-standing bathtub.
