Titilaka organises a wide range of excursions, including kayaking and rowing on the lake, hiking along the lake shores, mountain bike trips, visits to the Uros floating islands, exploring the Tinajani Canyon, visits to the Island of the Sun (the birthplace of the Inca Empire) among many others.

Titilaka is dedicated to the concept of sustainable tourism, and so makes every effort to reduce its carbon footprint by using clean energy sources, such as natural gas and hydroelectric power, and also by purchasing most food and ingredients locally.

Titilaka has 18 rooms, all with views to the lake. The rooms have underfloor heating and feature a range of amenities including Wi-Fi internet connection and iPod docking stations. The lodge's restaurant serves contemporary Peruvian cuisine, always created from fresh local produce and ingredients. Guests can also enjoy the hotel's bar, with its well stocked cellar of local wines, and a cocktail hour is held here every evening. There are three lounges and a media and reading room, with television, books, games and DVDs.
