Double/Triple Occupancy Villas:
The villas come in two layouts: one on a single, raised level comprising an air-conditioned living and bedroom in one seamless space with an en-suite bathroom and outdoor rain shower, external deck and balcony. Villas on two floors have a lower-level living room with fan, and an air conditioned bedroom upstairs. Maximum Capacity: 2 to 3 adults. Approximate Size: Ranging from 100 sq m to 165 sq m.

Family Villas
Type 1: Villa on two floors, comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, porch and balcony. Ideal for families with small children.
Type 2: Villa on raised, single level, comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms connected by an open air living room/deck. Perfect for friends traveling together and families with older children. Total privacy is ensured as there is a minimum distance of 50 feet between each villa, allowing guests to enjoy a quiet and tranquil getaway lulled by the sounds of the sweeping wind and the songs of birds. Maximum Capacity: Each villa can accommodate 4-6 people on Double/Triple basis.Approximate Size: 240 sq m.
