Ideally situated on the beautiful Costa Vicentina, where the Algarve meets the Alentejo, Casas do Moinho is perfectly placed for exploring this beautiful unspoilt region of south-western Portugal, and especially the spectacular Rota Vicentina, a long distance coastal route that also connects with the Saint James' Way. Another attraction close by is the beautiful beach of Praia de Odeceixe, a spectacular cliff-bound cove with beautiful white sands that has become a favourite spot for surfers and body boarders. The houses are within easy walking distance of the centre of Odeceixe, which has all local services, including restaurants, bars, a market, pharmacy, post office, taxis and bus stops.

On-site, Casas do Moinho has an outdoor swimming pool with a hydro-massage area, a children's play area, a breakfast room, a lounge area and a pool bar. Aside from the bed and breakfast rooms, all the house at Casas do Moinho have a kitchenette and all kitchen utensils, ideal for self-catering holidays. These charming rooms sleep two adults, and come with a queen size bed or twin beds. They are equipped with a mini-bar and tea-making facilities, and come with a private bathroom witih a shower, amenities and a hair-dryer. The also feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning, and a small porch. These rooms are 200 metres from the main reception area, the common areas and the pool.
House/Junior Suite:
These delightful little houses sleep two adults and one child in a cot (extra). They come with a double bed (150 cm), and have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, a mini-bar and kitchen utensils. They also come with a private bathroom with WC and shower, free toiletries and a hair-dryer. Like all other units, they come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and also feature underfloor heating and a ceiling fan. Overlooking the windmill and the village, they are 50 metres from the main reception area, the common areas and the pool.
House/Double Suite with Mezzanine:
Standing 150 metres from the main reception area, the common areas and the pool, these comfortable units sleep two adults and two children. They come with a 160 cm wide double bed, with the option of one extra bed in the living room, and/or one extra cot. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, fridge and all kitchen utensils, while the private bathroom has a shower, a hair-dryer and complimentary toiletries. Like all other units, they come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, underfloor heating, and air-conditioning. These houses have an individual porch (3 sq m) overlooking the village and the hills.
House/Double Suite:
Located by the main building, the common areas and the pool, these charming units sleep two adults and two children, and come with 150 cm double beds, with the option of two extra beds on the mezzanine and/or one extra cot in the living room. These units feature a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, fridge and all kitchen utensils. The private bathroom has a shower, and comes with a hair-dryer and complimentary toiletries. Like all other units, they come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, underfloor heating, and air-conditioning. They have an individual porch (9 sq m) overlooking the pool.
