For those wishing to travel slightly further afield, Lagos and Sagres are within easy two-hour drives, while the frontier with Spain and Isla Cristina are less than 60 kilometres away.

Guests at Quinta da Lua can enjoy an immense range of activities in the area, including hiking, mountain biking, golf, water-sports and diving. Quinta da Lua has an eco-friendly salt-water swimming pool, and in fine weather breakfast can be service on the wooden terrace in front of the house.
