From there, guests can take high speed ferries to Capri and other towns on the Amalfi coast. Local buses and taxis provide quick and easy access to the villa from the beaches and harbour.

Villa Magia has all the services and amenities of a boutique hotel, including daily housekeeping, 24-hour reception, a bar, and a restaurant serving traditional regional and local cuisine. Every morning, a generous breakfast is served on the villa terraces, and other services available on request include boat trips, wine and gourmet tours, cooking classes or a private chef. Private transfers are available by car, boat or helicopter.

Ground Floor:
Villa Magia has two front doors opening onto two separate external staircases. Both the front doors are just minutes from the main road.
The ground floor includes: an outdoor kitchen with barbecue; wood-fired pizza oven; a bathroom and terrace with a view over Fornillo beach; a steam bath; a fully equipped indoor kitchen; a living room with fireplace; a modern dining room; office with computer, fax, and printer; winter garden with piano.
First Floor:
On the first floor, there are two large suites, each with a private bath. One of the two has a Jacuzzi in the bathroom and a terrace with the most unique view in Positano: from here, guests can take in the entire sweep of the bay from the Fornillo beach to the Spiaggia Grande beach. Between these two floors, there is a laundry with a washing machine and iron.
The Leucosia Suite:
This master bedroom is 50 square metres and has a king-size bed, a fireplace, and a satellite TV. The bathroom has a jetted tub. From the bedroom, guests can walk out directly onto the large terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with a table and chairs.
The Lighea Suite:
This suite is 50 square metres and has a private terrace with sun loungers, overlooking the sea. The bedroom can be made up with a queen-size bed or two twin beds.
Garden Floor:
The original section of the villa, which was historically a watch tower, is located beneath the ground floor. Surrounding the villa, there is a vast garden where the hosts grow fresh fruit and vegetables guests are welcome to pick.
The garden floor includes: a kitchen with an outdoor patio; a living room with a terrace and bathroom; one bedroom with a terrace; one suite with a bathroom and a terrace; a swimming pool.
Villa Luna:
The fourth and fifth floors of Villa Magia are home to the Villa Luna; an exclusive "villa within the villa" with its own independent entrance, three bedrooms, and a swimming pool. Guests at Villa Luna can enjoy all the comfort and privacy of a private villa, plus all the amenities of Villa Magia: the fitness area, the restaurant, and the wellness centre. In low season, the two Villa Luna suites can be booked separately.
