Dining: No restaurant or bar on site, but there is an Activity Centre that has beer, sodas and water as well as snacks for sale. There is a beach BBQ where guests can prepare their own food.
Golf: No golf on the island of Ambergris Caye, but there is a golf course on an island called Caye Chapel.
Children: welcome. Children under 12 are free of charge, max 2 per suite. They can organize babysitters when necessary.
Getting there: They provide complimentary transfers from the airport and water taxi terminals to Xanadu and back.
Beach: there is a beach and private pier with deck chairs and palapas. No beach in Belize is private .
Reception: 7am to 7pm
Bellboys: There is staff who will carry luggage to and from the room.
Some facilities are disabled people friendly.

Spa: No spa on site. There is one about a ¼ mile from Xanadu
Jacuzzi: 2 Suites have a Jacuzzi
Tennis: No tennis court on site. There is one about a mile from Xanadu.
