Hotel Lodge La Petite Couronne, Aquitaine

Entrance may be by prior arrangement only. In some places, it is normal that guests can enter by appointment only. This is typical for a traditional Guest House or Bed and Breakfast, Chamber d'Hôte in France, and vacation rentals, but may also apply to other unique lodging establishments.

Golf: Hagetmau at 7 km (practical). An 18 hole golf course is situated in Mont-de-Marsan at 35 km.

Deposit Required: 50% of the total amount
Reservations: The prices are per night, per room and included breakfast. The client making a reservation by internet, e-mail or telephone is bound irrevocably to the acceptance of the present General Sales Conditions and the booking cannot be challenged except under article 2.

Article 2: Cancellations: Any incidental expenses shall be due to SARL La Petite Couronne. Any reservation of the client who has received a confirmation by the Hotel La Petite Couronne by telephone, e-mail, fax or internet, is opening and treating a client's file. All cancellations must we be confirmed in writing, email or fax.

Cancellation of one night:
Cancelled 7 to 3 days before the date of stay: 30% of the total sum payable is due. Cancelled 2 days before the date of stay: full payment is due.

Cancellation of several nights:
Cancelled more than 1 month before the date of stay: no charge.
Cancelled within 14 to 7 days before the date of stay: 35% of the total sum payable is due.
Cancelled within 7 to 3 days before the date of stay: 50% of the total sum payable is due.
Cancelled of 2 days to 24 hours before the date of stay: 75% of the total sum payable is due.
Cancelled within 24 hours before the date of stay: full payment is due.

No Show:
If the client does not arrive on the day of stay, full payment is due to Hotel La Petite Couronne.

Modification of booking: Any change of reservation is possible free of charge IF Hotel La Petite Couronne is notified 15 days before the date of stay BUT the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms. Therefore, when a modification is not possible, the customer will have to accept the original booking or will be subject to cancellation in accordance with article 2 if he wishes to cancel his reservation.

All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates, package deals, and cancellation policy may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.
