Nestled in the middle of the wilderness between Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, Maasai Lodge Tanzania - Africa Amini Life is a small, sustainable eco-friendly lodge, offering socially responsible stays in a unique bush setting. Created and run in cooperation with local Maasai people, Maasai Lodge Tanzania - Africa Amini Life offers inclusive accommodation and fascinating activities in a secluded, rugged location.

A special place where guests will come to unwind and reflect on the essentials, while getting to know the Maasai people, their traditions and rituals, and adjust to the natural pace of life. Africa Amini Alama is a non-profit organisation, and arranges a selection of unique activities together with the Maasai hosts, including Maasai and Meru dances, traditional healing, beekeeping and honey-making activities, and spear-throwing classes and competitions.

A hearty breakfast is served every morning at Maasai Lodge Tanzania - Africa Amini Life, and for lunch and dinner, the lodge prepares home cooked international and traditional Swahili cuisine as well as Maasai specialities. Fresh and organic ingredients are grown on-site in the lodge's kitchen garden.
