Cancellation Policies:
For flexible reservations: If cancelled more than 10 days prior to check-in date, no charges.
If cancelled 7 - 1 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the total amount, will be charged on your credit card.
If cancelled same day of your arrival/or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card.

Non refundable reservation: No changes or modification are accepted. 100% charged upon booking, no refund or changes.

Pre-authorization: Ten days prior to check-in date, the credit card will be pre-authorized for 100% of the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled within 24 hrs. If the pre-authorization is not accepted, the guest has to update all the necessary details, within 24h, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled!

All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates, package deals, and cancellation policy may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.


The hotel may charge the guest according to its own prices, policies (deposit, cancellation fees for each rate, penalties for check-out prior to original date etc.).
