Cross-country ski trails run before the hotel, and a shuttle bus service is available to the cable-car station.

One of the reasons for the renovation of Hubertus Au was to continue at the forefront of gourmet cuisine in the region, and the hotel has a selection of venues for fine dining in the hotel. These include a breakfast terrace for residents, as well as a terrace for day visitors, a restaurant on the ground floor with 60 places for gourmet half-board guests, and an a-la-carte dining room with 24 seats. Guests can also take advantage of the new spa and wellness area, which includes a panoramic Finnish sauna, brine steam bath, special quiet rooms, a juice bar, and the elegant centre-piece, the Tea Lounge. These delightful rooms face east, and offer fabulous morning sunrise views. They also feature a balcony, oak floors, a shower, toilet, satellite TV, and a hair-dryer. The furniture and doors are built in native silver fir, and the rooms are equipped with automatic ventilation. Room size approximately 32 sq m.
Edelweiss Rooms:
These north-facing Junior Suites have a balcony, oak floors, antique timber walls, and an en-suite bathroom with a partially separate WC. They come with satellite TV, a hair-dryer, furniture and doors in native silver fir, and automatic ventilation. Suite size about 40 sq m.
