As its name might suggest, one of the raisons d'être of the Malat Weingut und Hotel is the wine from the surrounding estate, and tastings are organised at the Malat winery for individuals or groups, wine experts or gourmets. Held in the elegant tasting room, they also include a tour of the cellar. Other attractions in the area include visits to the spectacular Stift Göttweig monastery, the town of Krems, and a fascinating network of bike and hiking trails. There are a number of golf courses within a few minutes drive of the hotel, and special golf packages with green fees are also available.

Designed to fully exploit the hotel's delightful south-facing location, Malat Weingut und Hotel's suites and public areas are spacious, airy and filled with light. This is a dreamy suite of 50 sq m, arranged on two levels, with a separate balcony. It offers a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the Stift Göttweig monastery.
Suite Superior:
The superior suites are available with an optional sauna/infra-red cabin or a bathtub for two persons. The "bathtub" suite is of about 40 sq m, with a spacious terrace and a fabulous view over the vineyards and the Stift Göttweig monastery, and comes with a bathtub for two persons with a sound system and individual light effects.
The sauna/infra-red suite is arranged on two levels and measures about 50 sq m, and has a separate balcony. It also offers a fabulous view over the vineyards and the Stift Göttweig monastery.
Suite Deluxe:
This is a wonderful, spacious 52 sq m suite arranged on two levels, featuring a separate balcony. It offers fabulous views through all-around glass windows of the vineyards and the Stift Göttweig monastery. It also has a free-standing bathtub and a sauna/infra-red cabin.
Apartment:
This is a very cosy and fully-equipped apartment with an area of about 60 sq m. It features a fully equipped kitchen aith an oven, a coffee machine, an electric water kettle and everything necessary for self-catering stays. It also features a walk-in closet and a Wittman sofabed.
