Hotel Kloster Holzen offers a number of culinary experiences in a range of venues, including the Klostergasthof with its historic vaulted ceiling, and the charming beer garden. Cuisine is almost exclusively based on seasonal, fresh and local produce, along with home-made delicacies from the orchard, kitchen and herb gardens - honey and fruit juices, jams and oils, and fine liqueurs. Pilgrim's Rooms:
By presenting a pilgrim passport, pilgrims on the St. James' way can reserve an overnight stay in the Pilgrim rooms, which are located in the Paul house. The newly renovated rooms are comfortably and simply equipped with bunk beds and a wash basin. There is a shared shower / toilet.
Small Single Room:
These charming little rooms are located above the inn, in the cloister and the Benedikt House, on the 1st and 2nd floors. They come with a separate bathroom/WC, and are available with either a double bed or a single bed.
Single Room:
These rooms are situated in the main building, above the inn, in the cloister and the Benedikt House, on the 1st and 2nd floors. They come with a separate bathroom/WC, and are available with either a double bed or a single bed. Room size 14 sq m.
Double Room:
The standard double rooms feature bright, modern décor, high ceiling and massive exposed beams. They are located in the main house and the inn, in the cloister as well as in the house Benedict. The rooms are equipped with double bed (1,60 or 1,80 m) and come with a separate bathroom with shower/WC. Extra beds for children are available on request, subject to availability. Room size approximately 20 sq m.
Comfort Double Room:
These modern, light-filled rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the main building. They come with a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Extra beds for children are available on request, subject to availability.
Room size approximately 27 sq m.
Triple Room:
The Triple Room is located above the inn, and has 2 separate bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x single bed) and a separate bathroom with shower / WC.
Quadruple Room:
The Quadruple Room is located in the Benedict house, and is furnished with 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 double beds and a separate bathroom with shower/WC.
Suite:
These two spacious suites are located on the 2nd floor of the former convent building. The former monastery cells feature separate bedrooms and living rooms and a large en-suite bathroom with windows and a free-standing bath and separate shower. Suite size approximately 40 sq m.
Deluxe Room:
These fabulous rooms leave nothing to be desired. Additional seating and a convertible sofa-bed also offer families plenty of room for a restful night. The full en-suite bathroom has daylight illumination, and all the rooms are south facing and feature a splendid view of the countryside. Room size up to 52 sq m.

All rooms feature: Apples and water in the room; lavender pillow as a souvenir; Hypo-allergenic bedding on request for no additional charge; pillow menu from 3 different degrees of hardness on request; complimentary Internet Access: Wi-Fi in public areas, in the meeting rooms and the rooms in the Benedict house, above the archway and the inn.
