Ratholdus Schwemme is located on the site of the historic tavern, restaurant and butcher's shop, and serves hearty Bavarian dishes accompanied by award-winning Maxlrainer draught beer. These are cosy, timelessly furnished double rooms, which may also be used as a spacious single room. Comfort Room:
Timelessly beautiful, spacious rooms with a high standard of comfort. Located in both the Garden House and the Castle, these generously dimensioned rooms come with king-size beds, a seating area with comfortable armchairs, desk, safe and mini-bar. They also come with tea and coffee making facilities. En-suite bathroom with bath or shower and complimentary l'Occitane toiletries. Room size 22 to 26 sq m.
Superior Castle Room:
The three timelessly elegant Superior Castle are located in the medieval castle and offer generous two metre-wide beds, a quiet atmosphere and undisturbed privacy at all times. Equipped with TV and safe, they leave nothing to be desired. They feature a comfortable lounge area with an enchanting view of Bad Aibling's historical Kirchzeile. Superior Garden Room:
The new Superior Garden Rooms are marked by discrete style with careful use of colours. Individually composed interior decoration, soft furnishings and bed covers, using sensuous materials of top quality, lend a special character to each room. These very spacious rooms have functional, modern but very comfortable furniture, crafted in artisan's workshops in Germany, Italy and France. They come with an en-suite bathroom with spa bath and a separate WC, bathrobes and slippers, complimentary l'Occitane toiletries.

Deluxe:
The spacious new Deluxe Rooms in the Garden House are individually decorated and are filled with light and natural elegance. The décor of each room features beautiful colour variations such as a warm mint, blue, silver, eggplant and earthy tones. They come with super king-size 2,40 x 2,10 metre beds or twin 1,20 x 2,10 metre beds, and feature floor to ceiling windows with enchanting views of the romantic garden. Large en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower and WC. Room size 48 sq m.
