DEPOSIT: 100% charged upon booking for "room only". 100% charged upon booking for bookings made less than 60 days before date of arrival.
50% charged upon booking for regular rate packages. Final payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival OR Final payment is due 90 days prior to date of arrival (major holiday months).

CHANGES: Once booking is confirmed with deposit, there will be a USD 25.00 charge per booking for each change to cover administrative fees.

NO REFUNDS: Approved refunds are only in the form of credit to be applied to future reservations.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made in writing and received within the time specified 31 days or less, No Refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made 31 days or less days prior to date of arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made 60 days prior to date of arrival during major holiday periods.
There will be no refunds for no shows, early departures, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations.
There will be no refunds for meals, activities, or services, specials or promotions (non-refundable).
There will be no refunds if due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel cancels the tour and you are unable to reschedule due to weather or other conditions. In such an event, no refund allowance will be issued.
There will be no refunds for anything due to airline delays or acts of Nature, including weather-related problems.
Belize It Tours/Maruba Resort assumes no responsibility to any injury, damage, or loss of property or person as a result of any services provided by Belize It Tours/Maruba Resort or its employees.


Before booking, verify with the hotel the current costs, prices and policies (deposit, cancellation fees for each rate, penalties for check-out prior to original date etc.) as the hotel may charge the guest accordingly. Consider travel insurance that covers cancellation fees for all circumstances. Acceptance of all the policies is assumed when you reserve.
