Standing in the historic centre of Guincamp, this small charming hotel is situated in a carefully restored and modernised 18th century town house. Built within the granite ramparts of this beautiful town, La Demeure offers delightful accommodation in a unique historic setting.

Ideal for relaxing stays in the heartland of the Côtes-d'Armor, La Demeure is a short walk from many of Guincamp's most important landmarks, including the Basilica of Notre Dame de Bon Secours and the town hall. The northern Brittany coast, with its fabulous beaches and charming coastal villages, such as Paimpol and Perros-Guirec, are also within easy reach.

With just ten rooms and suites, intimate comfort is guaranteed at La Demeure. Most rooms and suites are located in the historic, granite faced building, while others are set in the new wing, featuring avant-garde design and a skilful combination of stone, glass and steel, though still offering a warm and cosy atmosphere. Guests at the hotel can enjoy delicious snacks, teas and set meals at the Sidonie & Compagnie restaurant and tea room, which also sells typical local Breton produce.

Double Room:
These rooms come with an electric king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Fée Mélusine - Twin room:
This elegant room is decorated in pastel hues, and comes with an en-suite bathroom.
Double - Patio:
Located in the contemporary wing of the hotel, these rooms are arranged around the patio and have a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, LCD TV and contemporary furniture. Room size 15 sq m.
Double/Twin Suite:
These suites come with one extra large double bed or twin beds.
Room size 40 sq m.
Roi Morvan Suite:
Located on the first floor, this spacious suite comes with a fully equipped kitchenette. Delightful period decoration, with boiseries and parquet flooring, it also has a large private terrace offering magnficient views of the Breton landscape.
Duplex Suite - La Tourelle:
A little "house within a house", this charming, light-filled suite overlooks the garden and features a downstairs living area, while the bedroom is located on the upper floor. Fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
