Rates: During certain periods (Christmas etc.) the rates are Non Refundable.

Children: No young children. Hub Porteño has been designed exclusively for adults and does not have facilities specially adapted for children. Children over 12 years old are welcome. Suitable for adults and children aged twelve or older. Additional person charged per night, USD + VAT.

Airport shuttle services available on request. Charges apply.

INCLUDED IN THE RATES: access to Fitness Center and separate changing rooms, treatment room, sauna, elegant bathrooms lined in marble, with tub and shower separated, hydromassage/Jacuzzi, butler service, 40 inch led hd TV, Nespresso, minibar, 24 hour concierge service, high-speed internet, individual control of air conditioning and heating, safety deposit box, large closets, hair dryer, room service 24 hrs, 2 bottles of mineral water per room, breakfast room with natural light (glass roof) and vertical garden, access to the pub, access to terrace with bar and pergola.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled or changed less than 72 hrs prior to arrival date, 100% charged to card previously given to guarantee the reservation. Certain rates are non-refundable, even if more than 72 hrs notice is given.
BILLING: Billing will be issued in pesos and all current taxes must be applied (VAT 21%).
NO SHOW: If you do not arrive by 0:00 hr (midnight), it is a no-show and the system will remove it and charges apply. The only exception is if the arrival time was previously informed, and confirmed.
PAYMENT METHODS: Reservations may be paid through deposits, bank transfers or with credit card (with a surcharge of 10%) in pesos or dollars. All rates are expressed in US dollars and subject to additional current taxes (21% VAT).

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: HUB Porteño will do everything possible to have the suites ready at the time of arrival but the schedule is:
Check in: 15: 00hr (3pm)
Check out: 12: 00hr (noon)
For entry from 10 a.m. or to stay until 7:00 p.m., the room rate is charged (50% in low season, 100% in high season), subject to availability.


Before booking, verify with the hotel the current costs, prices and policies (deposit, cancellation fees for each rate, penalties for check-out prior to original date etc.) as the hotel may charge the guest accordingly. Consider travel insurance that covers cancellation fees for all circumstances. Acceptance of all the policies is assumed when you reserve.
