Kensington Place has a strict child policy: No children under age of 12. Children over age of 12 years old, to occupy separate bed/room & pay a full rate.
No minimum stay for individual bookings (up to 3 rooms).
Check-in time is 02:00pm. Check-out time is 11h00am.

General Booking Terms:
Departure prior to scheduled check-out date: all nights as originally booked are charged.
Credit card payments are charged an extra 5% to cover bank costs.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is charged upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual bookings: (06 Jan - 16 Dec)
Should booking be cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival, no cancelation fee will be charged. Should booking be cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable.
Individual bookings: PEAK SEASON (17 Dec - 05 Jan)
35 % non-refundable deposit required to secure all peak season bookings and is not refundable.
Should booking be cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival, 35% cancellation fee is applicable.
Should booking be cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable.

Group bookings:
35 % non-refundable deposit required to secure all peak season bookings and is not refundable.
Should the entire booking be cancelled within 90 days of arrival, cancellation fees equivalent to the full stay is applicable.

Kensington Place may amend its rates if exchange control fluctuation is in excess of 10%
Refunds and the waiver of the cancellation policy are at the discretion of hotel management and the ability to relet the room.


Before booking, verify the current costs, prices and policies (deposit, cancellation fees for each rate, etc.) as the hotel may charge the guest accordingly. Consider travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.
