Description: Ti Kaye Village

Enjoying a secluded location overlooking Anse Cochon bay, Ti Kaye Village is a boutique resort featuring comfortable accommodation in a privileged setting. Guests are afforded spectacular views of the Caribbean from the property's rooms and cottages. Ideal for relaxing holidays, Ti Kaye village offers guests on-site water sports activities, including sea kayaking, snorkelling and scuba diving. The resort has its own diving shop, and courses and dives can be arranged for all abilities. Ti Kaye is located within a marine reserve, and there are many spectacular dive sites in the area, including the wreck of the Lesleen M, a 165 foot freighter that sunk in the bay in 1986, and the Anse Cochon Cove.

Ti Kaye Village is home to the Kai Manje restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner and lunch, and the Ti Manje beach restaurant, which serves delicious open air lunches. Guests can also take advantage of the Kai Koko Spa, built on the cliff's edge with dramatic views of the silver sands of Anse Cochon and the azure Caribbean sea below. The Spa has three treatment rooms and a Jacuzzi, and offers a wide range of beauty treatments and massages.

Ti Kaye Village has 33 separate rooms and cottages, all comfortably furnished and decorated in an authentic Caribbean style. The air-conditioned rooms have roof fans, come with large king or queen-size four-poster beds, and feature a range of modern amenities, including Wi-Fi internet connection, iPod docking stations and mini-fridges.

Ocean View Rooms:
The Ocean View Rooms (OVR) are the standard room category offered at the resort and are styled like a duplex (semi-detached). There is no connecting door inside but the veranda balcony is separated by a door which can be locked or left open if guests' family or group has occupied both sides. Out of the 14 OVR's 5 rooms have 2 queen-size beds instead of the usual king-size bed in the remaining 9 OVR's and all other room categories. Equipped with separate entrances at opposite ends, guests are still in a private room, with private amenities. Although the OVR's are set further back and higher up on property, each room inside is the same size as the Le Cottage and Le Cottage with Pool rooms.
Le Cottage:
Similar in design and amenities to the Le Cottage with Pool category of rooms, the Le Cottages (LC) do not however have a private plunge pool. Offering spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea these rooms are priced slightly lower than the Le Cottage with Pool but are still surrounded by nature with each of the individual 8 cottages being near the cliffside.
Le Cottage with Pool:
There are 11 Le Cottage with Pool (LCP) in this category and these are located closest to the cliff's edge offering the best, unhindered views and more privacy. Very popular with repeat guests these individual and private cottages tend to sell out first. Each has the largest private deck out of the three room categories and a private plunge pool.

All rooms and cottages have a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and feature a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, table and a double hammock. They also have ceiling fans and air conditioning, four poster beds with mosquito nets, complimentary tea and French press coffee facilities, a mini-fridge, telephone, hair dryer, iPod dock, in- room safe, walk-in closet, iron and ironing board plus daily maid and turn down service. Beautiful outdoor garden showers are open to the stars and lined with tropical plants. Power is both 110v and 220v.
