Winter roads closed: the Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo and Forcola Mountain Passes are closed from October until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property.

Parking: no garage, but there is a parking lot in front of the hotel.

Spa: The modest wellness area consists of a Finnish Sauna (Dry bath 80°-110°C) and a Turkish Bath (Steam bath 45°-48°C).

Bormio: about 12km from the well-known town with its golf course, swimming pool, and full service Spa.
Livigno: 50km, it takes less than an hour by car.

Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.

High elevation & remote area: satellite reception and certain foods may not always be available due to the mountain location.

Arrival and departure days may be restricted: Frequently in mountain areas, certain days are for arrival or departures only (you cannot leave on a Wednesday for example). For this reason, there is often a minimum stay (of 5 nights only or 7 nights only, for example).
