The living space and pool area in this unique one bedroom villa is all on one level with access via a wheelchair friendly pathway which leads through the gardens to the car parking space. One ground floor master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and climate control. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Sofa bed to accommodate one extra person. This villa can accommodate three guests. Position: Facing north - east.
Villa Charisma with heated pool:
This fine villa has a spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property. The private infinity pool, plastered with a characteristic Cimentogonia surface, has full width Roman steps from which guests can admire the inspiring views of the Aegean Sea. The outdoor area is a large factor in the design of the villa with extensive indoor space flowing through to external space through either private balconies or terraces. With its elevated position overlooking the traditional Cretan village of Agios Georgios, villa Symphony enjoys unparalleled sea views.
