Superior Room:
The 26 Superior rooms situated in the newer section of Mount Falcon Estate ooze quality. They are spacious, with high ceilings, cornices, free standing furniture and are finished to the highest standards. Soft and tranquil colours, reflecting the beauty of the woodlands outside each window. Many of the original features of the old house are carried through seamlessly into the Superior rooms. The bathroom of each superior room features double sinks with separate bath and shower facilities.
Deluxe Suite:
Four individually designed and ornately restored deluxe rooms are located in the original house of Mount Falcon hotel in Mayo, all of which have fifteen foot-high ceilings with marble fireplaces, cornices, antique furniture and pitch pine shuttering and floors.
Connors Gap Suite:
Romance needs luxurious comfort and style, which Connors Gap hosts in abundance. A centrepiece of the original manor house, its beautiful craftsmanship is evident in the antique and original furniture and furnishings, including an amazing sleigh bed, mix this with a touch of modernity and this suite becomes the ideal setting those with a passion for indulgence. An adjoining lounge offers relaxation, an ideal place to peruse a novel and the suite's bathroom hosts a free standing cast iron bath, with secluded views of the Estate woodlands. Wallpool Suite:
The romance of the Mount Falcon Estate is best captured in the Wallpool Suite. Its spectacular views overlook the Estate through the original sash windows with antique furniture providing a sense of place and time. The centre piece of this suite is the grand master bedroom with a magnificent sleigh bed and adjoining bathroom, which hosts a stunning free standing cast iron bath. When Ultred Knox commissioned Mount Falcon in 1876 out of passion for his true love, Nina Gore, he could not have imagined a more ideal and luxurious setting. Discreetly modernised, this is the perfect venue in Ireland's most romantic house.
Woodland Lodges:
These three-bedroom detached sandstone lodges are located in the middle of a mature forest with an original James Franklin Fuller designed water tower as its main feature.
Each lodge has an open-plan design with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a master bedroom on the first floor, all of which are en-suite. Underground heating makes these lodges warm and cosy. A natural stone chimney is the main feature in the open plan design and adds to the atmosphere created by the "Swiss Cottage" feel of The Woodland Lodges. All kitchens in The Woodlands are compact and fully fitted with electric cooker and oven, fridge / freezer, dish washer, twin Belfast sinks, microwave, washer / dryer, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans. Lakeside lodges - Self Catering:
Three-bedroom lodges with stunning views overlooking Mount Falcon's lake. The ground floor consists of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with a utility room and a downstairs bedroom. Upstairs comprises two large bedrooms with a hot press and storage facilities. All bedrooms are en-suite, and some of can be converted to twin bed accommodation on request.
Underfloor heating ensures that these beautifully appointed lodges offer a home-from-home feeling. Located in the open plan downstairs is a natural stone fireplace which adds to the cosy atmosphere. Designated parking.

Courtyard lodges - Self Catering:
An exquisite selection of 16 three or four-bedroom lodges surrounding a private courtyard, very much reminiscent of an old stable yard. The lodges feature a mixture of solid timber, natural stone flooring and high quality soft furnishings. Ideally located and configured for families.
The underfloor heating system guarantees a cosy feel to these more modern type lodges. Again a centrally located fireplace in the downstairs open-plan living area ensures a family feel to these lodges. Designated parking.
