Nimb's guests can enjoy a choice of three restaurants, each offering different styles of cuisine in a varied ambience. First is the Brasserie, serving classic French style cuisine in a luxurious environment with views over the gardens. Terrasse, which is more informal, concentrates on seasonal produce and freshly caught fish. Last but not least, Bar'n'Grill serves grilled steaks, rotisserie and sea-food classics. Wine lovers can take advantage of the hotel's exclusive Vinotek wine cellar, with a selection of the world's finest vintages.
