In the mystical and medieval town of Monells is a charming stone building dating back to the 1300s that has been completed reformed into the fairytale-like hotel Arcs de Monells. This magnificent structure has kept its original characteristics while providing new modern facilities. The main building is surrounded by gardens, a swimming pool, terrace, and a restaurant. Adjacent is the old farmhouse, completely renovated and newly decorated.

The main building of Arcs de Monells gives way to eight delightful rooms which have direct access to the building’s facilities including the pool and gardens. The old farmhouse is where the rest of the 21 rooms, including three suites, are located.

This rural town makes for a perfect escape from the big city. It is bike friendly and surrounded by nature in which guests can enjoy cycling, hiking, hot air ballooning, and sun bathing at the nearest beaches of Costa Brava. There is also an abundant amount of other medieval towns to explore.

The 21 rooms and suites of Arcs de Monells are uniquely designed to blend the history of the building with modern facilities. Every room features a TV, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, minibar, safe, toiletries, desk, slippers, and bathrobe.

Superior Exterior Room: Located in the main building, the annex, these spacious rooms have direct access to the swimming pool and the garden. The rooms feature a small private terrace and a double bed and are adapted for those with reduced mobility.
Junior Suite Room: Located in the farmhouse, these large 50 sqm suites can accommodate bigger groups. They have a grand oval-shaped bathtub perfect for two people and are located on the first and second floors of the farmhouse and only accessible by staircase. One of the suites has a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Farmhouse Rooms: These rooms are very charming as they all depict parts of the farmhouse within their architecture and décor. They are bright with large windows either facing the village or gardens and are equipped with a double bed.
