Bijou Rooms:
There four of these flexible Bijou rooms at Broadoaks Boutique Country House. These cosy rooms sleep two. These standard rooms all have en-suite facilities, however one room does not have a bath. Each room is individually decorated. Some of the rooms will accept cots and extra beds on prior request. Dogs are not permitted in these rooms.
Classic Rooms:
There are seven double rooms in this category. Each classic room is individually decorated, and can accommodate two guests. These rooms feature a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a spa bath. Some of these rooms will accept cots and extra beds on request. Dogs are not permitted in these rooms.
Romantic Rooms:
There are four of these individually designed and decorated rooms at Broadoaks Boutique Country House, and each room can accommodate two guests. Individually decorated, these more spacious rooms feature en en-suite bathroom with a spa-bath. Baby cots and extra beds are available in some of these rooms. One of the rooms is located on the ground floor. Dogs are not permitted.
Master Suites:
One of these rooms comes complete with a large sitting area, a real open fire and features a king-sized, four-poster bed, and a Bang & Olufsen TV set. The bathroom in the Boudoir Suite is very impressive with a huge wet room shower and double spa bath, toilet and sink. Boudoir is the ultimate place in which to escape, with a private garden to get away from everyone! Each Suite sleeps two guests plus two more on extra beds.
Riverhaven Lodge:
Riverhaven Lodge is a recently constructed luxury lodge set in the lower house grounds (a few minutes walk away) near to the fast flowing river. The lodge has been carefully designed to fit into the whole era of the main house. The lodge has a colonial feel about it and from the outside looks very pretty with its white ornate woodwork and outside dark wooden decking area furnished with white cast-iron traditional Victorian outside furniture. The bathroom is real WOW, with a double corner spa bath and a TV that is set into the wall.

Some of these rooms accept baby cots or extra beds, on request. Pets are also permitted in some rooms.
