Uniquely placed for exploring Harwich and the Essex coast, The Pier Hotel is within easy reach of many of this traditional seafaring town's most important landmarks and attractions, including the Maritime Museum, the Redoubt Fort, or the Electric Palace Cinema, one of the oldest purpose-built cinemas in Britain. Standing opposite the Harwich-Felixstowe foot ferry, the hotel is especially popular with cyclists exploring the North Sea coast, and is of course ideally located for guests using ferry services to and from the continent. Standard Rooms:

Superior Rooms:
The Superior rooms at The Pier have all the great facilities of the Standard rooms, but offer a little more space. Some Superior rooms also enjoy a sea view. Room size 20 sq m.
Deluxe Rooms:
The larger Deluxe rooms offer exceptionally comfortable king or super-king size beds, as well as a seating area and an en-suite bathroom. A number of the deluxe rooms have a sea view, and due to their larger size, these rooms can also take an extra bed. Room size 25 sq m.
The Mayflower Suite:
The Mayflower Suite is a breathtaking space with fabulous views across the estuary. Not only does this suite have an exceptionally comfortable super-king size bed and a fabulous walk-in shower, but there is also a wonderful seating area overlooking the water and a working telescope so guests can really take in the views.
