There are 2 common areas for guest to have breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner:
Octógono area with wifi service available for free
El Quincho (for dinner time only)

All inclusive rates include transfers from El Calafate airport or hotels to Punta Bandera port and sea shuttle to the lodge.

DEPOSIT: Total payment is required before the check in date.
Cancelation up to 45 days before the check in date, no penalty (only banking expenses will be charge if there are any).
Cancelation between 44 and 30 days before the check in date, penalty of 30% of the total amount.
Cancelation between 29 and 15 before the check in date, penalty of 60% of the total amount.
Cancelation requested 15 days or less before the check in date, penalty of 100% of the total amount.

Departure from Puerto Punta Banderas 8:30am (daily)
Departure from Estancia Cristina 5:30pm (daily)

Pick up from the hotel in El Calafate starts at 7:00am

IMPORTANT: Guest needs to stay lodged, the previous and post nights to their stay in Estancia Cristina - in El Calafate village to connect with the boat schedule.

The check out day, activities and meals are available up to the departure time of the boat.

El Calafate Airport (FTE) Located 70kms from the port.

Children:
Up to 2 years old free of charge.
From 3 to 5 years old of 50% charge.
From 6 to 11 years old 70% of charge.
Older than 12 years old is considered/charged as an adult.
