In 2007, the Hotel Gerbermühle was rebuilt and extended by the architects Muller & Jourdan. The result is a blend of authentic historic features with modern interiors and contemporary art. The Hotel Gerbermühle houses 19 rooms and suites, an exclusive restaurant, an atmospheric bar and beautiful winter gardens with views across the river to the Frankfurt skyline.
