Description: The Marshall HouseStanding in the heart of Savannah's historic district, The Marshall House is the city's oldest hotel, with a long history stretching back to 1851. After a number of changes of proprietor and uses, the hotel was taken over by its current owners at the end of the twentieth century, when it underwent an extensive, painstaking process of restoration. With additional renovations in 2014, this magnificent property continues to offer luxurious boutique-style accommodation and first-class service in a unique heritage setting.Surrounded by Savannah's beautiful heritage parks, along with countless restaurants, cafés, art galleries and many of the city's excellent theatre's, The Marshall House is a great place to stay on both business or pleasure in this fascinating historic city.
