Standing in the heart of Savannah's historic district, The Marshall House is the city's oldest hotel, with a long history stretching back to 1851. After a number of changes of proprietor and uses, the hotel was taken over by its current owners at the end of the twentieth century, when it underwent an extensive, painstaking process of restoration. With additional renovations in 2014, this magnificent property continues to offer luxurious boutique-style accommodation and first-class service in a unique heritage setting.

Superior Queen:
The Marshall House Superior Queen rooms offer warmth and elegance. Perfect for two, these rooms feature: one queen-size bed, a private bathroom with tub or shower, and slightly larger dimensions than the Petite Queen.
Classic King:
The Classic King Rooms offer a traditional Savannah experience, and are ideal for a romantic getaway or a comfortable business trip. Features include: one king-size bed, and a private bathroom with tub or shower. These rooms offer the best rate for a room with king-size bed.
Accessible King:
The Accessible King Rooms closely resemble the Classic King guest rooms, but with accessible bathroom features. These rooms are located along the inside corridor of The Marshall House with convenient elevator access. Features include: one king-size bed and an accessible bathroom. These rooms offer the best rate for a room with king-size bed.
Deluxe King Room:
The Deluxe King Rooms have lots of character and offer a little extra space. Features include: one king-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub or shower. These rooms are slightly more spacious than the Classic King rooms.
Superior King:
The Superior King Rooms are the most requested rooms at The Marshall House. These rooms are located at the front of the building overlooking Broughton Street. Superior Double Queen:
Ideal for a family vacation or trip with friends, these spacious guest rooms are designed to provide extra space and ultimate comfort. Features include: two queen-size beds and a private bathroom with a shower. These rooms offer more space than any other non-suite guest room.
Broughton Balcony King:
The Broughton Balcony rooms are the most often-requested guest rooms at The Marshall House. Guest can step through large, raised windows (original to the hotel) onto a wrought-iron veranda spanning the front of the hotel, allowing guests to watch as the sights and sounds of Savannah come to life. Features include: one king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub or shower. The Broughton Balcony King rooms feature a semi-private balcony with rocking chairs.
Luxury King Suite:
The Luxury King Suites provide the ultimate in privacy and comfort. These spacious suites have a separate parlour and sleeping area. Features include: one king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a a shower, and a parlour with a sleeper sofa, separate from the bedroom.
The Mary Marshall Suite:
The Mary Marshall Suite is the finest guest suite at The Marshall House - the very picture of elegance and comfort. Located on the second floor, on the front of the Marshall House. Features Include: one king-sized bed, an original, antique claw-foot bathtub and a separate. There is also a parlour with a sleeper sofa, separate from the bedroom, and the suite offers access to the hotel's semi-private veranda.
