This charming property, originally a mountain farm, has been owned by the same family for several generations, and now offers delightful accommodation in an authentic, friendly Alpine atmosphere.

A hearty breakfast is served every morning in the Stallerhof's cosy dining area, while the pine clad and furnished Jägerstube (hunter's room) is a delightful spot for moments of quiet relaxation or afternoon tea and coffee. Ideal for active holidays, guests at Stallerhof Alpine Retreat can go hiking, mountain biking or horse riding in spring and summer, and enjoy cross-country skiing in winter. Alpine skiing is available at a number of resorts in the region, many less than thirty kilometres from the hotel.

The pastures and orchards at the Stallerhof Alpine Retreat are still actively worked, and the apples and plums harvested here are used to produce the "Stallerhof Edelhausbrand" spirits in the hotel's small, private distillery. According to the season, guests can observe the whole distilling process, and of course taste the delicious end results.

These modern, light filled rooms are furnished with native wood, from the healthy bed to the natural oak floor. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, a flat-screen TV with satellite receiver and a free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). Some rooms feature a balcony or a terrace. One large double bed. Room size approximately 18 sq m.
