Surrounded by delightful gardens and with fantastic views of the valley and the towering mountains, this charming boutique property offers delightful accommodation in a tranquil, friendly atmosphere.

Just over three kilometres from the town of Agaete and the port of Puerto de las Nieves, with its harbour and ferry links to Tenerife, Hotel Rural Las Longueras is perfect for relaxing visits to this spectacular island. Places of interest in Agaete include the Casa Fuerte and the old town, and there are a number of beaches within easy reach of the property. Outdoor activities available close by the the hotel include hiking, mountain biking and diving. Guests at the hotel can also enjoy the quiet gardens with centennial trees and a large swimming pool.

This charming colonial house has been restored and decorated in a delightful eclectic style, and features noble timber flooring, exposed-beam ceilings, authentic antique furniture and cosy fabrics. All rooms come with large double or twin beds, have ceiling fans and feature a range of modern amenities, including satellite TVs and mini-bars. Wi-Fi is available in public areas of the hotel.

How to get here:
From Gran Canaria Airport: Leave Gran Cantaria Airport following signs for "Las Palmas de G.C."
In about ten minutes you will come to the ring-road access. Stay in one of the two left-hand lanes with indications for "Circunvalación".
Continue along the ring-road, staying in the right hand lane. Keep to the right, following indications for "Gáldar" GC-2.
When you reach the roundabout, follow indications for "Gáldar / Guía" and head towards Agaete.
Continue along the GC-2, always following indications for Guía and Gáldar until you start to see indications for Agaete.
After about 25 minutes you will come to the Agaete roundabout.
Take the left hand exit for the town, not Puerto de Las Nieves.
Go past a BP service station and continue straight on until the centre of the town, where you will see the church.
Look for the brown signs for "EL VALLE" and "LOS BERRAZALES" (GC-231).
Follow these signs, and when you leave the town, after about two minutes you will see the sign for the property, on the right of El Valle. The Red House is unmistakable.
