Las Barcas is a carefully restored apartment building enjoying an enviable location beside the beach of Las Burras, Gran Canaria. This boutique lodging, originally built in the 1970s, was thoroughly rebuilt in 2008, and now offers exclusive family-friendly comfort in 5 beautifully decorated apartments.

Ideal for holidays with families or groups of friends, Las Barcas is perfect for visiting this wonderful island. It is possible to walk along uninterrupted beaches for ten kilometres, from the front door of the apartment to the Maspalomas lighthouse at the extreme southern end of the island. Las Barcas is within easy reach of all the main sights and attractions of the island: the spectacular rock formation of Roque Nublo is less than an hour's drive away, as is the capital of the island, Las Palmas. There are many excellent restaurants in the area of San Agustin, and families with children will find numerous activities and entertainment close at hand.

Las Barcas has just 5 spacious apartments. There are 3 two-bedroom apartments on the upper floor, and two slightly larger three-bedroom apartments on the ground floor. All are air-conditioned, have comfortable furnishings and feature all modern fixtures and amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TVs.

2-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining table, terrace with dining and sun lounge chairs. Master bedroom with king-sized bed. Second bedroom with twin beds. Sleeps 4.
Furniture: 2 single beds, 1 double bed, lounge seating for 4 in living room and 2 on balcony, dining seating for 4 in kitchen and 4 on balcony.
Ground floor apartments (2 total):
3-bedroom apartments with 3 baths, living room, enormous kitchen with dining table, terrace with dining table and seating area. Master bedroom with king-sized bed. Second and third bedrooms with twin beds. Sleeps 6.
Furniture: 4 single beds, 1 double bed, lounge seating for 6 in living room and 6 on terrace, dining seating for 6 in kitchen and 8 on terrace.

Services: Daily cleaning service, Monday through Saturday. Towels and bed linen are changed once a week.
Equipped with: Air conditioning; TDT wide screen TV, SVT channels; Safe; Fully fitted kitchen with 3 ring induction stove top, oven, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer; Kettle, toaster, iron, hair dryer; Crib and highchairs available.
