Ideally located for enjoying all of Gstaad's fabulous winter sports facilities, guests at Hotel le Grand Chalet can enjoy more than 220 km of downhill runs, 57 lifts, 175 km of cross-country skiing, sledging and snow-shoeing, husky-drawn sleighs and sleigh rides as well as countless kilometres of well-prepared winter hiking trails. Summer visitors are also spoilt for choice, with more than 300 km of hiking trails for all levels and distances, 11 gondolas and chairlifts, 150 km of marked bike trails and racy downhill slopes. A varied cultural programme as well as high-profile sporting events complete the Gstaad experience. Within the hotel itself, guests can take advantage of the "Le Bijou" fitness area, with a range of cardio equipment, a sauna and a steam bath.

Hotel le Grand Chalet's gourmet restaurant, "La Bagatelle", offers seasonal dishes as well as French and regional specialities in the cosy atmosphere of its charming dining room, as well as an award-winning wine list, with labels from all around the world. Standard Double Room:
Cosy double rooms equipped with a double bed or twin mattresses, not separable, writing desk, table and two chairs, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The balconies face north-east and offer a fantastic view of the mountains and the morning sun. One large double bed or twin beds. Room size approximately 27 sq m.
Superior Double Rooms:
These spacious double rooms are equipped with a double bed (with two mattresses, not separable), a sitting corner with a sofa for two persons (the sofa can be transformed into one or two extra beds), a writing desk, a table and two chairs, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin and toilet. The balconies face south, east or west and offer the most beautiful view over Gstaad and/or Saanen and the impressive mountain scenery of the Saanenland. One large double bed, one sofa bed.
Room size approximately 34 sq m.
Junior Suite:
These are spacious double rooms equipped with a double bed (with two mattresses, not separable), a sitting corner with a sofa for two persons (the sofa can be transformed into one or two extra beds), a writing desk, table and two chairs, a daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin and toilet. The large corner balcony or terrace faces south and offers the most beautiful view over Gstaad and/or Saanen and the impressive mountain scenery of the Saanenland. Two of the Junior Suites have a connecting door to the adjoining Superior Room. One large double bed, one sofa bed.

Suite:
The two Suites are located on the second floor of the hotel Le Grand Chalet. Both are equipped with one bedroom (with a normal double bed with two mattresses), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, one living room with a sitting corner and dinette as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Up to two extra beds can be added to the living rooms on request. The suites also have large balconies.
One of the suites faces west and offers a quiet but impressive view towards Saanen and the mountains; the other faces south offering an equally stunning view over Gstaad and the surrounding mountains. One large double bed. Suite size approximately 65 sq m.

All rooms feature: Telephone, Wi-Fi, in-room safe, flat-screen TV and mini-bar. En-suite bathroom with hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers and complementary toiletries. Extra beds and baby cots are available on request.
