Hotel Room - Contemporary 1:
These are the smallest room type and are ideal for travellers who are looking for a place to rest for the night. Guests find this room most appealing for price and comfort. These rooms have one queen platform bed with a bathroom complete with energy and water efficient rain shower and glass bowl sink.
Hotel Room - Contemporary 2:
The medium sized rooms are more spacious for relaxing and include a comfortable chair with the queen sized platform bed being the focal point of each room. There is a desk in some but not all of the rooms.  The bathroom is complete with energy and water efficient rain shower and glass bowl sink.
Hotel Room - Contemporary 3:
These larger rooms offer the most in comfort and floor space. Each of these rooms include two comfortable chairs or a chaise-longue. Each room has one queen-sized platform bed and has the space to add a rollaway bed for an extra person. The bathroom is complete with energy and water efficient rain shower and glass bowl sink.
One-Bedroom Suites:
The One Bedroom Suites are two storey accommodations with 12 foot ceilings and spiral staircases. They feature living spaces with a wet bar that includes a microwave and under-counter fridge. The bedrooms feature either a king or queen bed with down pillows and comforter and original Boyce furnishings and an adaptive reuse desk. Regular One Bedroom Suites have full private baths with a two person energy and water efficient rain shower. The Deluxe One Bedroom Suites also feature Japanese style soaking tubs. Concierge service is now available from the Mill Market at the Hawley Silk Mill Complex.
Two-Bedroom Suites:
The Two Bedroom Suites are two story accommodations with 12-foot ceilings and a spiral staircase. They feature a living space with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with queen beds. The rooms are decorated with adaptive reuse furnishing from original Silk Mill trusses and have large stone-set windows that illuminate the accommodations and Great Room. 32" Flat-Screen TV in the living room, standard TV in bedrooms. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Concierge service is now available from the Mill Market at the Hawley Silk Mill Complex.
Deluxe Full Service Suite:
The Deluxe Full Service Suite is a two storey accommodation with 12 foot ceilings and a spiral staircase. The suite features a living space and full service kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. The bedroom located on the second floor has a queen bed with down pillows, ''Comphy'' sheets and bed cover. The bathroom features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub.  Concierge service is now available from the Mill Market at the Hawley Silk Mill Complex.
