Children: welcome. No extra bed nor a baby cot/crib can be added. Each additional person (baby, child, or adult) is charged per night.
Deposit: A damage deposit of AUD 100 is charged 7 days before arrival. Full refund to the charged credit card subject to inspection at check-out.
Pets: not allowed.
Parking: limited spaces free on site, but not for large camper vans, trucks and trailers. Street parking is free of charge weekends, from 18:00 Friday until 08:00 Monday. All parking is at the full risk of the vehicle owner regarding damage or theft.
Towels & Sheets: towel change every 3 days upon request. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a full linen change on their seventh day upon request.
Stairs: Contact them to ask about your specific needs. Upper floors accessible by stairs only. The lower level apartment (#5) is reachd via about 6 exterior stairs. Also there are 3 long platform steps along the path on the side of the property that lead from the carpark and the road.
Arrival: Entrance may be by prior arrangement only. Contact them for specific arrival instructions.
