Located in the heart of old Jaipur, Samode Haveli is set in a painstakingly restored 19th century haveli (mansion house), originally built by Rawal Sheo Singhji as the manor house for the royal family. Perfectly situated for exploring Jaipur, this luxury heritage hotel is a short distance from many of the city's most important monuments, including the Hawa Mahal, the City Palace and the Nahargarh Fort.

Samode Haveli's restaurant is located in the exquisite former dining hall, decorated with colourful hand-painted murals. Here the chef and his team offer a choice between traditional Rajasthani cuisine and international flavours, while afternoon tea is served in the regal Verandah Lounge. The hotel also has a spectacular courtyard swimming pool, with comfortable traditional day beds for luxurious relaxation, and guests can enjoy traditional puppet shows and Rajasthani music and dance performances in the evenings. The hotel's staff can also organise tailor-made sightseeing trips and excursions to suit all guests' needs.

Samode Haveli's 39 rooms and suites are regally decorated, and celebrate the richness of India's culture in a tapestry of classic décor and unmatched comfort. The spacious Maharaja and Maharani suites are absolutely stunning, with every inch of the ceiling and walls ornately painted and ornamented with mirror mosaics.

Sheesh Mahal Suite:
The Sheesh Mahal is a very special room. It is 200 years old and is decorated with original Samode mirror work. The walls are frescoed with traditional Rajasthani paintings.

Each of the 39 well appointed rooms and suites are individually designed and furnished with genuine antiques and fixtures. Old family portraits adorn the walls and the ambience and experience is further enhanced due to the presence of state-of-the-art in room amenities. Most of the rooms have a separate dressing area.

All rooms have sumptuous en-suite bathrooms with shower and tub with hot and cold water, air-conditioning, television with cable connection, telephones with international dialling facilities.
