Jake's is a boutique resort with personality and charisma offering various types of comfortable accommodation: hotel rooms, oceanfront bungalows, cottages with a kitchen and even large villas.

The cottages were created by theatrical designer Sally Henzell to commune with garden, sea and sky. The rooms are sensual and exotic, airy and quirky and all appointed with pieces that reflect a passion for eclectic taste. The secluded cottages are at one with the environment. Some have decks above the waves.

Two restaurants serve fresh seafood and authentic Jamaican cuisine. It is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a spiritual retreat or an adventure. It is located on Treasure Beach, a secluded fishing village on the island's undeveloped south coast. Staying at Jake's puts you in the centre of Jamaica's natural beauty, spirituality, and robust cuisine.

Some have ocean views, some have garden views; some have interior seating and dining areas; many have outdoor showers. Each has its own outdoor space and private entrance. No two rooms are exactly alike, yet all have character and charm.

HOTEL ROOMS: Each hotel room has A/C, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, coffee maker, Bluetooth speaker, digital safe, rainfall showerhead.

2 OCEANFRONT BUNGALOWS: Separate structure with no kitchen. Octopussy has a private deck and rooftop terrace. Seapuss has a private deck.


7 COTTAGES: All cottages have two or three bedrooms, a full kitchen and an outdoor shower. Most cottages are right on the ocean. They can stock the fridge with Jamaican treats.
3 Cottages on Jakes property include: Mussels, Snapper and Sweet Lip.

4 Cottages nearby (off property) include: Seaweed Cottage, Calabash Bay Cottage, Treasure Cot and Sea Dragon.

Jakes Villa + Cottage Regulations: Check in at the Jakes Front Desk. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 12pm. Chef can buy groceries for guests with an additional service charge in addition to the cost of the groceries. A 4-bedroom villa caters to 8 people, 3-bedroom villa or cottage to 6 people and a 2-bedroom cottage to 4 people. Events (weddings, birthday parties and other gatherings including people staying outside of the villa) need to book with the hotel. special needs visitors should advise of requirements and requests in advance. Babysitting services are available at a cost. Towels and sheets are changed every other day. Personal laundry can be done at an additional cost. Late check out is based upon availability, at an additional cost.
