Standing on the southern peninsula of Koh Yao Noi, Koyao Bay Pavilions is ideal for couples, groups of friends or families who wish to enjoy the delights of this beautiful island, far from the hustle and bustle of the cities and tourist areas. The sheltered beach is protected from monsoon winds, and is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving, among many other water sports. Sports equipment, ATVs, mountain bikes and kayaks are available for hire, and Koyao Bay Pavilions' speedboat takes guests to many secluded points around the island.

Koyao Bay Pavilions' La Sala Restaurant serves original Thai cuisine and excellent Mediterranean dishes, principally based on the finest local produce and the freshest, locally caught fish and seafood. Guests can expect to find shrimp, crab and lobster, grouper, snapper, mackerel or barracuda, cooked to order in the open kitchen, and accompanied by fine wines from the house cellar.

Beach Pavilion Suites:
Built next to the beach, the three pavilions and each private Thai-style sala are spacious, airy and filled with antique furniture and all amenities for guests' comfort. They open directly onto a lush tropical garden planted with many native species of trees, palms, flowers, and orchids; a natural swimming pool of smooth shape offers fresh and clear water. Total area 120 square metres: One main unit and a separate garden living room (Thai Sala).
Rice Field Cottage:
The perfect island base for the family to explore the surroundings, walking or riding around, cruising the bay and its numerous islets. Specially designed for families, providing simple yet comfortable accommodation for 4 to 5 people (adults and/or children: 2 king size beds + 1 extra bed on request). Total area 170 square metres. 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed each, no air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms (hot shower), kitchen, open dining terrace, open living room.
Mai Pai Cottage:
Especially designed for families, this cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 to 5 people (adults and/or children). Entirely furnished with teak wood cabinets, seats, coffers. Jeep, bicycle or motorcycle for rent - recommended for families with teenagers, independent travellers, in love with silence and nature (bird watching) - free access to the beach and swimming pool. Total Area 190 square metres. Overlooking rice paddies and coconut groves, this modern cottage combines thatch roofs, wood and concrete structure; it is located 150 metres from the main resort. 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed each, air-conditioning in 1 bed-room, 2 bathroom (hot shower), kitchen, living and dining room (Thai style 'sala').
Taara Villa:
This secluded luxury villa has been designed to offer the best of Thaï lifestyle and ultimate privacy. A spacious open living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, along with the two tastefully decorated suites, is the ideal retreat for family holidays. Total Area 150 square metres. 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning and 2 bathrooms with toilets, on each side of a large open air living and dining area, with fully equipped kitchen.
Champa Villa:
This beautiful villa has been conceived to allow guests to enjoy the best of island lifestyle with friends or family. Combining both tropical feel and modern comfort, Champa Villa is located in a lush valley at the back of the resort, 250 metres from the beach and restaurant (3 minutes walk). Total area 180 square metres with swimming pool. Two bedrooms with air-conditioning, two bathrooms, and a living & dining area (with table and chairs, club armchairs and convertible sofa).
