Steeped in history and surrounded by spectacular vineyards and wineries, Laguardia is one of the wine capitals of the region, and within easy reach of countless landmarks and attractions, including Nájera and the fabulous monastery of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. Activities on offer include bespoke wine tours, wine tasting courses, horse riding and golf, among many other options.

Castillo el Collado is home to a fine restaurant, serving delicious menus based on regional cuisine and seasonal local produce. There is also a splendid bar surrounded by stained-glass windows, and a charming tavern with an independent entrance, serving drinks, light meals and a great range of tapas. The reception area is a monument in itself, with its spectacular 17th century altarpiece, the enormous statue of Saint John and numerous priceless antiquities.

Room Nº1. The only interior room. This room is equipped with a large jacuzzi where relaxation is not just a word. Intimate, charming and peaceful. Double bed (1,35m x 2,00m).
Sancho Abarca:
Room Nº7. With a full en-suite bathroom, this is an elegant and fresh room. Named after King Sancho Abarca and decorated in a regal style. Double bed (1,90m x 2,00m.)
The Fable (La Fábula):
Room Nº 6. A fairytale decoration and the beautiful view from the balcony will provide great relaxation. The bathroom is designed in Roman thermal baths style. Double bed (1,60m x 1,90m).
Lady Blanca:
Room Nº 5. Cosy, feminine and full of details. Full bathroom with Manises ceramics. Guests will enjoy a beautiful view from two large windows facing the south and the east of Laguardia. 1,60m x 1,90m bed.
The Cricket (La Cigarra):
Room Nº 4. This suite has a beautiful view of the Cantabrian mountain range from the balcony. Twin beds (2,10m x 2,00m).
The Nightingale (El Ruiseñor):
Room Nº 3. Sweet and romantic, with nice views of the surrounding area. Two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m).
The Sailors (Los Navegantes):
Room Nº 2. Spacious beds, perfect for parents with children. Nice views of the surrounding area. Two large single beds (1,25m x 2,00m).
Venus:
Room Nº 9. Double bed, hydro-massage bathtub. Large stained glass windows, lovely views of the surrounding area. Venus will take guests back in time.
Love and Madness (Amor y Locura):
Star room Nº 8. King-size bed, with a hydro-massage shower and bathtub. Located on the top floor of the hotel, it has the best views in Laguardia. Guests will feel that time has stood still in this charming place.
Neptune:
Room Nº10. Double bed, full bathroom with a huge jacuzzi. Large stained-glass windows, with stunning views of the Cantabrian mountain range.
