Just a ten minute drive from the historic centre of Lancaster, the Mill at Conder Green is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, ideally placed for exploring this beautiful region on foot, by bicycle or on the water. The Lancaster canal and towpath offers fabulous opportunities for easy walking tours, while the Forest of Bowland AONB, Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB are all within easy reach for guests wishing to explore further afield.

The Mill at Conder Green offers informal dining in a modern canal-side setting. Menus are inspired by traditional Lancashire recipes, prepared in-house using the finest local, seasonal ingredients, including locally caught fish and seafood from Fleetwood and Morecambe Bay. Other produce comes from local artisan suppliers, and meals can be accompanied by locally brewed beers and ales, along with a fine range of wines. The Mill boasts a lock-side dining room, along with two cosy lounges, and in fine weather, meals and drinks can be enjoyed in the garden beside the canal.

Our two Deluxe en-suite rooms are located on the top floor each offering more space then our standard rooms. Our deluxe rooms are clean, modern and individually decorated. The Deluxe rooms are positioned overlooking the lock on the tow-path of the canal. Room size 20 sq m.
Signature En-Suite Double:
For stunning, panoramic views long the canal and countryside, choose our Signature En-suite rooms. Our three signatures rooms enjoy a front facing aspect. They are clean, well presented and individually styled, with bed throws and pillows for extra comfort. Room size 20 sq m.
Family Room:
Our family room is both spacious and modern. It has a double bed, plus two single beds with a semi-partition for added privacy. We offer the option of an additional fold up style 'z-bed' should you need it. Our family room overlooks the lock on the tow-path of the canal. Room size 40 sq m.
