Located just outside the historic centre of the town of Pezenas, La Distillerie de Pezenas is set in a carefully restored and converted distillery. This luxury boutique hotel is a short walk from the centre of this charming medieval town, once the residence of Molière, and is within easy reach of many of its most important sights and attractions, including the castle, the old town centre with its grand town houses dating from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, the Romanesque church of Saint-Jean-de-Bébian, and the Vulliod Saint Germain musuem. Also ideal for visiting this varied corner of Languedoc-Rousillon, La Distillerie de Pezenas is just a short drive from the coast with its endless beaches, while Montpellier and the Camargue are also within easy driving distance.

La Distillerie de Pezenas has its own restaurant offering bistro style cuisine and tapas based on local produce, both indoors and in the open air. There is also a wine bar where guests may sample the immense range of wines from the vineyards of the region and further afield. Guests can take advantage of the Spa and Wellness centre, which has a Turkish bath, jacuzzi and indoor pool, and offers a wide range of treatments and massages.

La Distillerie de PezenasHotel has fifty comfortable rooms and suites, decorated and furnished around five themes, in keeping with the original building and the town: Antique, Distillery, Winemaker, Mansion and Rustic.
