They are each air conditioned and large satellite TVs. The upper part of the duplex is for eating and cooking and enjoying the terrace views. The location of Casa Perseida is outstanding as it is right near many attractions. It has direct access to the beach, moments from the Lanzarote Golf Resort and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The proximity to the beach makes water sports easily accessible as well.
