Guarda Val is a unique Maiensäss hotel situated in eleven carefully restored historic mountain huts and barns, some of which are up to three-hundred years old. Standing just five-hundred metres from the cable cars and ski-lifts at Lenzerheide, Guarda Val is the ideal spot for active holidays in both winter and summer. Lenzerheide offers an excellent range of winter sports activities, including Alpine and cross-country skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing, along with ice-skating and curling on ten rinks. Summer is no less attractive, with golf, hiking, mountain biking and a range of water sports available practically on the doorstep. After busy days on the pistes or in the mountains, guests can wind down with a magnificent selection of spa services, including a variety of saunas, an open-air hot pot and wooden barrel bath, as well as a range of treatments and massages.

Guarda Val also organises fascinating Maiensäss experiences, which range from milking cows on the farm, to cheese and wine tastings and cookery lessons with the hotel's chef. Farmer Suites:
The Farmer Suites are inviting, spacious suites with wonderful mountain views. Some are equipped with an open fireplace. Perfect for hours of relaxation. One large double bed. Suite size approximately 49 sq m.
Gable Suites:
Located directly under the gables, these fabulous suites offer stylish yet cosy comfort. In four of the Gable Suites guests can enjoy gazing at the stars while relaxing in the bath. One large double bed. Suite size 49 to 51 sq m.
Mountain Pasture Hut - Stailetta:
The Rhaeto-Romanic word for starlet gives a hint to the comforts of this exclusive, delightful two-storey house. A tiny private mountain pasture retreat , this fabulous chalet comes with an open fireplace, a balcony, a private spa area including a whirlpool and steam bath under a glass dome.
