Located in a quiet street in the heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace is situated in a painstakingly restored historic mansion, originally built in 1902. This luxury boutique hotel is perfect for relaxing visits to the city of light, as many of Lisbon's most important landmarks and attractions are just a short walk from the property, including the cathedral and the Sao Jorge castle. The Ascensor do Lavra is just forty metres from the hotel, and there are several metro stations within ten minutes of the property, providing excellent links with the rest of the city and the greater region.

Torel Palace offers guests splendid views of the city from many of its rooms and its fabulous garden. There is also a fine outdoor pool, open all year. Although the Torel Palace does not have an on-site restaurant, delicious meals can be ordered from the hotel's partner restaurant, Casa da Comida, the first Michelin starred restaurant in Portugal. Guests may dine in their rooms or in the gardens.

Torel Palace has ten luxurious suites and an independent villa, all elegantly furnished and spacious. The suites are air-conditioned, come with large double or twin beds, and feature a range of modern amenities, including flat-screen TVs, mini-bars and safes. All suites have en-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Extra beds or baby cots may be added to rooms on request.

Standard Suite:
The Standard Suites offer a spacious and sophisticated environment with classic-modern style décor inspired by the queens of Portugal. Room size 20 to 25 sq m.
Executive Suite:
These larger suites have a balcony with views over the gardens of the Palace or the city. They have regal inspired classic-modern décor. Twin beds or large double beds. Room size 28 to 37 sq m.
Master Suite:
All beauty and light of Lisbon is here enhanced by balcony windows to enjoy a superb view of the castle of S. Jorge, the river Tejo and the city of Lisbon. These large suites have classic-modern décor inspired by the queens of Portugal. Room size 25 to 35 sq m.
Villa:
The Villa is a separate house and is different from the other suites at the hotel. The villa, attached to the Palace has room for four guests (2 Adults + 2 Children), with modern-classic décor inspired by Queen Maria Leopoldina, first Empress of Brazil. This villa stands out for its independence, since it has a kitchenette, a private patio with tables and chairs and direct access to the gardens and the pool of Torel Palace. Ideal for families.

All suites feature: air-conditioning; en-suite bathroom; hair dryer; luxurious Saboaria Portugueza toiletries; mini-bar and coffee/tea making facilities; free Wi-Fi; LCD TV and safe.

All rooms have double beds, but in two of them, (one is a Executive Suite with View and the other one is a Master Suite) and only in those two, twin beds are possible.
Twin beds are possible only in the Executive Suite with View and the Master Suite.
There are two extra beds and two baby cots available, but since only a few rooms can have those extra beds, they must be requested in advance.
