Located in the heart of the Apulia countryside, on one of the highest parts of the Murgia plateau, Masseria Serralta is set in a carefully restored 17th century masseria, the typical fortified farm settlements of Apulia. This perfectly preserved complex, with its historic conical "trulli", now offers exclusive bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet rural setting.

Just a few kilometres from the charming walled town of Locorotondo, Masseria Serralta is perfectly situated for relaxing holidays in this beautiful region. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the coast of the Adriatic is just a short drive away, while the magnificent Baroque city of Martina Franca, and Ostuni, with its spectacular Città Bianca, are also within easy reach. The property has exclusive arrangements with a number of beach clubs, and day trips for fishing or exploring the coast can be organised on the property's fine motor launch.

A delicious country breakfast, consisting of home-made cakes and pastries and a wide selection of fresh local produce, awaits guests every morning in the arched dining area, called the "Lamia". In fine weather, breakfast can also be served in the sheltered courtyard. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and gazebo, with splendid views over the olive groves and Locorotondo, and there is also an airy reading room, located in the "Pignon", the main tower of the masseria.

Maria:
Maria is the most secluded suite and is perfect for couples. A cosy little nest, it is harmoniously divided into two rooms: a bedroom and a living room, ideal for relaxing and listening to music. The bathroom has been built in the old barn, where a modern bathtub has been installed amidst the old troughs. Guests' privacy extends to the outside courtyard, which has been carefully restored.
Sandy:
Sandy is the "suite deluxe", perfect for couples who wish to discover the pleasure of cooking with the fresh products of the neighbouring land of Fasano. Under an arch in the suite, the alcove has been converted into a fully working kitchen. The antique sideboard and the walnut table give the living room a warm atmosphere. The large bedroom, with two single beds or a double bed, opens out onto the unspoiled nature through French windows. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle.
Nelly:
Nelly is the "suite plus", designed to easily accommodate three guests, for instance a couple with a child. The airy bedroom with a double bed or twin-beds also has, through French windows, its own direct access to the countryside behind the farm. The large living room with an antique "dormeuse" (which can be used as sofa or as third bed) looks out onto the sunny patio at the front of the guest house. The bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, is set in a delightful small trullo.
Amelia:
Amelia is the "family suite", designed for larger groups. Its small staircase connects the elegant living room to the main trullo.
The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds (which can be also transformed in a further double bed). The living room is connected to a trullo where the kitchen is equipped with an antique fireplace.
The bathroom is also "excavated" from a trullo, and is equipped with a shower cubicle. From the terrace, the magnificent panorama spans the entire Itria Valley.
