Characterized with artworks and details that tell the lives of the Chinese settlers in Ampenan in the late 19th century, the Ampenan Bungalows feature modern luxuries such as heavenly beds, charming porches with sitting areas, flat-screen TVs and air-conditioning units, semi-outdoor baths with a large rain-shower and round bathtub.

Svarga Villas are beautiful suites located in individual buildings facing an open-air, outdoor avenue of beautiful giant Rama Sinta statues, surrounded by lush tropical trees. Puri Dadap Merah:
Puri Dadap Merah is based on the architecture of an ancient temple, with a private rooftop terrace for romantic dinners under the moonlight, surrounded by the Dadap Merah (Red Dadap) trees, which will only grow in 12 months after the ceremony for the Mahaksobya statue (Buddha Aksobya Jain Buddha). The plunge pool shaped as the Red Dadap petal fronts the ocean and the spacious green lawn, creating a peaceful, airy and relaxing ambience. There is also a private spa and massage area facing the sea and the lawn.
