Set across the street from each other, these historic homes provide a façade of colonial style with majestic white columns and second-floor balconies. A lovely swimming pool with a self serve bar is situated in one area of the mansions for all guests to enjoy after a long day of exploring. The lobby offers complimentary snacks throughout the day.

The rooms of Rathbone Inn have beautiful views of the streets from the higher levels. Each features comfortable amenities, such as small kitchen supplies, in order to make everyone’s stay as easy as possible.

The hotel is just a short walk from the French Quarter and all the lovely tastes and sounds it has to offer. Frenchman street, filled with its never-ending jazz bars, is only 10-minute walk away, and Esplanade is also a short distance away for those wishing for a quieter space.

Rathbone Inn consists of seven rooms styles, none of which are alike. They are charming and quaint due to much of the original architecture. Each features a TV, memory foam mattress, microwave, mini-fridge, Beekman toiletries, coffeemaker, and Wi-Fi.

Standard Queen: Located on the second floor, this queen room is perfect for two guests and has access to the pool and hot tub.
Standard King: The standard king is located on the ground floor right next to the swimming pool and offers a king bed.
Superior King: These lovely rooms are located on the ground floor and offer plenty of space and a comfortable king bed.
Superior Queen: This special room features a soaking tub and garden views plus a comfortable queen bed.
Double Queen: This cozy double queen room is perfect for two guests looking for direct pool access.
Mardi Gras Suite: This lovely suite sleeps four guests and can be combined with other rooms with bigger groups. It features its own private balcony, two queen beds, a king bed, and living room.
Louis Armstrong Suite: This lovely suite also sleeps four guests and has its own balcony overlooking the Esplanade. There is a four-poster king bed in the main room along with a sitting area, and a queen bed in the other room.
Jazz Fest Suite: This lovely suite features two queen beds and a separate TV and seating area, located on the second floor of the mansion.
Bungalow Blues Suite: This spacious suite for two guests offers a king bed in the bedroom and a living room with two sofas plus a kitchenette.
Sugar Bowl Suite: A perfect place for three guests, this suite is designed with New Orleans charm. It has one queen bed, a seating area, and one single bed.
French Quarter Suite: This lovely suite really offers that new-world charm. It sleeps four guests with two queen beds separated with a seating area and a private balcony.
Double Queen Suite: This grand suite offers the best room as it has a very spacious balcony overlooking the Esplanade. It accommodates up to four guests with two queen beds and a living room.
One-Bedroom Apartment: The apartment boasts a king bed in the bedroom and a large bathroom. The living room offers a pullout couch and fully equipped kitchen.
