Accommodation at The Luang Say Residence is situated in five carefully designed colonial-style pavilions, featuring noble timber furnishings and flooring, plush fabrics and restful colour schemes. First floor suites offer mountain views, while the ground floor suites overlook the delightful gardens. The sixth and largest pavilion is the host house, built in local stone and featuring many historic colonial elements from the 19th and the early 20th century. Here, guests will find the foyer, the library and fumoir, along with two unique venues, the 1861 Lounge-Bar and the gourmet ''La Belle Epoque'' restaurant. Four luxury ''Explorateur'' Suites are also located on the upper floor of the main pavilion. Other unique features of the Residence are the organic fruit and vegetable garden, and an immense 20 metre free-form swimming pool.

The Luang Say Residence is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful city of Luang Prabang and the surrounding region. The residence organises a range of exclusive river cruises on the Mekong, along with guided tours to all the local landmarks, elephant trekking, and much more more.

Pioneer Suites:
The twenty Pioneer Suites offer soothing views from their open terraces and bow windows. Mountain scenery can be enjoyed from the first floor suites, while the ground floor suites look out onto the tropical grounds. Inside, private bathrooms also open onto intimate gardens providing natural light. The Pioneer Suites are available in king or twin size bedding. The twin beds set up are made of two mattresses side by side placed in the same box spring. One Extra bed may be set up in these suites. Suite size 43 sq m.
Explorateur Suites:
The four Explorator suites located on the upper floor of the main residence can accommodate couples or small families in absolute comfort. Each suite offers twin or king-sized beds with ample living space that includes a lounge area equipped with a writing desk and divan and open onto their own private, garden view terraces. The indulgent, spacious bathrooms feature oversized, egg shelled lacquer bathtubs, walk-in showers and double vanity units. Extra beds are available in the Explorator Suites. Suite size 73 sq m.

All suites feature: individually controlled air-conditioning; flat screen television with remote control; international cable television channels; mini-bar/refrigerator; hair-dryer; overhead fan; complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access; international direct-dial telephone line; electronic safe; overhead mosquito net on the bed.
