Nestled in the heart of the Mallorca countryside, just outside Es Capdellà, Castell Son Claret is set in a beautiful historic estate, built in its present form in the early 19th century, but reputedly with a history stretching as far back as 1450. Lovingly and painstakingly restored by its present owners, Castell Son Claret was opened as a luxury hotel in May 2015, and offers luxury boutique accommodation, award-winning cuisine and bespoke service in a beautiful, peaceful rural setting.

A delightful spot for exploring Mallorca, Castell Son Claret is located below the Tramuntana mountain range, and is within easy reach of Palma, with its airport, ferry links, the cathedral and the fascinating historic quarter. On-site, the hotel boasts its own tennis courts and a large outdoor pool, and Castell Son Claret also has an exclusive agreement with VIP Cycling, with carbon road bikes and a former professional road cyclist for guided or solo rides. City bikes are also available free of charge for easy trips in the surrounding countryside, and other activities available on site or close by include hiking and jogging, boat charter, and golf.

The proud holder of two Michelin stars, Castell Son Claret's fine dining restaurant, Zaranda, offers truly exclusive gastronomic pleasures of the highest level, created with market-fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and "catch-of-the-day" fish and seafood. The Olivera terrace-restaurant is a more informal dining venue, serving breakfast, lunch and traditional Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine in the evenings.

Estate Rooms:
The Estate Rooms are located in the main building with a view into the historic courtyard and the French renaissance fountain or in house 8 overlooking the Arabic courtyard-garden. All Estate Rooms offer a queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning, under-floor heating, LED flat-screen TV by Loewe, wireless Internet access and a desk with a multimedia panel are among the amenities. Room size approximately 25 sq m.
Deluxe Rooms:
Deluxe Rooms are located in various buildings throughout the entire estate. The rooms have French windows, balconies or terraces and offer views into the garden, the courtyard or the Tramuntana Mountains. The Deluxe Room in the ancient water-tower is spread over two floors and offers a very special and unique sensation with its circular architecture. All Deluxe Rooms offer a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning, under-floor heating, LED flat-screen TV by Loewe, wireless Internet access and a desk with a multimedia panel are among the amenities.

Demi Suites:
The Demi Suites are located in the main building as well as in houses number 2 and 6. Due to their individual layout, all suites offer different features, such as slight landings, small balconies or herb hedges. One of the demi suites is suitable for disabled and handicapped guests. All Demi Suites are equipped with a luxurious king- size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and shutters. Air-conditioning, under-floor heating, LED flat-screen TV by Loewe, wireless Internet access and a desk with a multimedia panel are among the amenities. Suite size approximately 50 sq m.
Garden Deluxe Suites:
The two towers of the main building each accommodate one of the five Deluxe Suites. They comprise a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom offering a bathtub in addition to the shower. The balcony terrace offers views into the beautiful gardens of the estate and over the Tramuntana Mountains.
The remaining three Deluxe Suites are located in house number 3 and offer a living room with a dining table as well as a bedroom with connecting bathroom. The suites are separated by connecting doors but can also be combined into one large apartment area. All of them offer a beautiful view into the private garden. The inner courtyard displays a small natural stream and pond. All deluxe suites are equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and shutters. Air-conditioning, under-floor heating, LED flat-screen TV by Loewe, wireless Internet access and a desk with a multimedia panel are among the amenities. Suite size approximately 70 sq m.
Pool Suites:
Both pool suites offer a living and dining area with direct access to the private garden and a 10x2 m wide private pool, as well as a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The suites are equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and shutters. Air-conditioning, under-floor heating, LED flat-screen TV by Loewe, wireless Internet access and a desk with a multimedia panel are among the amenities. The pool suites are located in one of the side buildings, i.e. in house number 7. Suite size approximately 80 sq m.
