DINING: The complimentary gourmet breakfast, from 8.30am to 9.30am, features fresh local products and produce, freshly baked goodies and signature egg dishes as well as Martha's Vineyard Home-made jams. It is served in the sunroom or on the patio or, to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, in your room. For lunch and dinner, the inn is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants on the island.

SERVICES: Complimentary bikes, free hot and cold drinks, access to an iron and ironing board, books, games, DVDs, guest tablet computer, and complimentary printing of boarding passes or tickets.

BEACHES: Some beaches are open to the public year-round and some are restricted in summer to residents and visitors staying in the town where the beach is located. Parking at all beaches is limited so take public transport or a taxi to avoid long waits.

ACTIVITIES nearby include: golf, shopping, hiking, biking, off-roading, sight-seeing, sailing, kite boarding, surfing, fishing and kayaking.

Minimum stay: two nights.
Children: Guests 16 yrs and older are welcome. No extra beds.

DEPOSIT: upon booking. The balance is due three weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: 10% service charge for all cancellations. If cancelled more than 21 days prior to check-in date, full refund less the 10% service charge. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to check-in date and the room can be re-rented for the entire time, credit for a future stay less the 10% service charge. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to check-in date and the room cannot be re-rented for entire period, no refund (100% charged).
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: Only if the Steamship Authority ferry service from Woods Hole is officially cancelled for the entire day, guests get a credit (rain-check) for a future stay. If the ferry is operating, come because cancellations due to weather will not be honored.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in 3pm - 7pm. Special arrangements must be made for check-ins after 7pm. Check-out at 11:00
Getting travel insurance to cover cancellation costs is a good idea.

Pricing ranges from USD 200/nt for the least expensive room in off-season to USD 550/nt for the most expensive in high season.
